
This set was one of those sneaky hard sets. The one where on paper it doesn’t look tough but once you get going it becomes a burner.
The 25s were a mix through the strokes each with a different focus. Take note on “Drop dead”
this means you do 6×25 without stopping and you have to hop out at every wall.
The 100s descend were meant to be on lots of rest because they would be gassed from the 25s. But by #4 they were trying to get under their LTB with fins on.
