The set really let the athletes focus on where to be fast. By the last 50 everyone was right around 100 pace. If you want to coach this set better here are some cues:

15s – Blast the breakout
25s – maintain tempo and kick
35s – carry the momentum out of the turn
50s – throw it all together

We did this as partners as well, someone you could be competitive with.
