When we did this it was early in the season so I wanted the RPE to be around a 5-6 so the 175s went like this.
FRIM = Free instead of fly IM
-50 free/50 back/25 breast/50 free
We only did a 25 breast so it would be easier (which it was).
The broken 100IM was just a inject a small amount of spring into the workout. Early season is mostly about aerobic adaptation but we still want to stay springy!
