We had 75min of drylands before hand so we only had an hour in the water. Once we get later in the season more speed will be accompanied on these days.

The key point to this workout was when I told them: “Pick an element of your worst stroke to make better.”

Athletes tend to write off their worst stroke and just accept that they suck. Instead lets address what’s wrong and chip away at it.
